Requirements for Small Sided Referees using the District IV WebsitePrintable

Requirements for All Small Sided Officials

On 8/7/2007, a What’s New? was posted on this site that explained the new requirements that all Small Sided Officials would have to comply with in order to Self Assign to and be compensated/paid for officiating matches. Many have complied with these requirements, but unfortunately – many have not.

As of Monday, 10/8/2007, those individuals who have not properly complied with ALL the pertinent requirements identified in the Referee portion of the Paperwork FAQ, will loose their access to Self Assign to matches. Please review this important FAQ and do what is necessary to bring yourself into compliance as soon as possible.

If you do not know your current status regarding these requirements, please Log On to the site and go to Referee: Status. This will provide you your current status as known by District IV. Please do note that USSF Registration is not required for you as a Small Sided Official. All other listed requirements are pertinent.

Those indivduals who do assignements but have not supplied their SSN in their member profile risk not being compensated for these matches, until this information is provided. We must have each Small Sided Officials SSN to report properly to the State of Washington for all those individuals we are paying. If after reviewing the FAQ and your current status you have any questions, please contact the District IV Administrator(administrator@d4soccer.org).
