Commissioner Accepts Resignation of D4 Dir/Comp

I would like to take this opportunity to inform the membership of District IV that I have regretfully accepted the resignation of Mr. Todd Lincoln as the District IV Director of Competition. For an individual that does not have a child playing in Washington Youth Soccer, I am amazed by his dedication and work ethic and truly appreciate all that he has done year round for the benefit of District IV and Washington Youth Soccer. I wanted to extend my gratitude to Todd and say Thank You for all that you do and have done to help mold what soccer is today and will be tomorrow. We truly appreciate your caring commitment and hope you recognize, as we do, the valuable role that you play in building a brighter future of soccer for our children and families. You are the foundation in ending the cycles of soccer crisis issues that have often prevented a child from reaching his or her full potential and I hope you never give up your fight on what is the right choice for tomorrows soccer player.

The vacancy this resignation creates on the District IV Board will be filled in accordance with the District IV Bylaws. Should anyone be interested in filling this position for the remainder of its current term, please contact the District IV Commissioner (commissioner@d4soccer.org).

Kasey OLeary
District IV Commissioner
