District IV BOD Approves A Combined Set of U10 & Below Rules

| The District IV BOD has approved a new set of U10 & Below Rules that was developed jointly by KPYSA & NSYSA. These new rules will be used by KPYSA and NSYSA and will supersede their former individual Association Small Sided Rules.
